Texas independence made the cover of a national newsmagazine.
The February 2024 print issue of Newsweek put TEXIT on its cover—“Can the Lone Star State Go It Alone?”—with Daniel Miller as the central figure. It was not a one‑off: Newsweek has published more than twenty articles on the movement, and commissioned its own poll of how Texans would vote.
