The volunteer pipeline is how the movement grows its leaders. Today's three-hour shift becomes next year's role at the center of the work.
Many of today's organizers started as volunteers, someone who gave a Saturday morning to a county-fair table, then another, and a year later was organizing their own county. There is a role for every skill and every schedule. The most common are below, and if what you can offer isn't on the list, tell us anyway in the form.
Volunteer roles
County-fair tabling
Staff a TNM table at fairs, gun shows, festivals, and community events. Hand out materials, answer questions, sign up supporters, and put a friendly Texan face on the movement where the crowds already are.
Social-media support
Carry the message online by sharing, commenting, and amplifying TNM content where your neighbors already spend their time. A few minutes a day from enough Texans moves more than any ad budget.
Video production
Shoot, edit, or produce video, from event coverage to short explainers to testimony from Texans across the state. If you have an eye and a camera, this is needed work.
Research
Dig into the legal, economic, and historical questions behind the case. Fact-check, source, and help keep the published case rigorous and defensible against every objection.
Event logistics
Make the meetings, rallies, and conferences run. Venue coordination, setup and teardown, registration, hospitality. The unglamorous work that decides whether an event lands or flops.
